Refund policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from us. Most new, uninstalled parts can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

What can be returned
Parts must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging. Electrical components and items that have been installed cannot be returned once fitted, due to the risk of misdiagnosis.

How to start a return
Email us at hello@monocloth.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm eligibility and send return instructions within 1-2 business days.

Return shipping
If we sent the wrong part or it arrived defective, return shipping is on us and we'll send a replacement or full refund. If you're returning a part you no longer need, return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned part, we'll let you know if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
