These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of monomotors.com (the "Site") and your purchases from MONO MOTORS. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products and compatibility
We sell OEM and OEM-matched aftermarket auto parts. References to vehicle makes, models, and chassis codes (including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, and others) are used solely to describe part fitment and compatibility. MONO MOTORS is an independent seller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any vehicle manufacturer. All trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners.

Orders and pricing
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel or limit orders, including orders that appear fraudulent or placed in unusually large quantities.

Fitment responsibility
It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm that a part matches their vehicle's chassis code, OEM part number, or VIN before ordering. We're happy to help verify fitment before you buy — contact us at hello@monocloth.com.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MONO MOTORS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of a purchased part, including damages related to installation by a third party. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the part in question.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
